If you find an error or spelling mistake on your personalised item (made by us), we do apologize. We are only human and are bound to make the odd one. But please do not worry. You only have to send an e-mail to support, point out the mistake and we will send you a revised copy immediately. Without charge of course.
All our items have a PayPal link, which will take you to our secure payment page via PayPal. Don’t have PayPal account? No problem. You can pay by card via PayPal also.
After your payment is completed you will be taken to a form if the item requires it to fill in all your personalisation details and/or upload your photos if applicable.
There is also a note section, where you can tell us about any changes you require.
